Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate skills against job requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and business objectives
- Utilize recruitment software (ATS) to track candidates, manage pipelines, and generate recruitment analytics
- Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance Hey Rocket's presence in the talent marketplace
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Results-driven mindset with data-informed decision-making capabilities
