Kualifikasi
- Recent graduate or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic ATS knowledge
