Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen and review resumes to identify the best-fit candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the offer process, including preparing offer letters, negotiating terms, and extending offers.
- Facilitate a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with recruitment team members to continuously improve hiring processes and strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Open to Fresh Graduates; prior internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to work on a project-based contract in Metro Manila.
