This project-based position in Antipolo provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinating interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Managing applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate records
- Developing and implementing targeted recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill positions
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborating with HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or fast-paced industry
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse candidate pools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment best practices
