- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and applications to match candidates with role requirements
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with onboarding activities including documentation and orientation
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems
- Collaborate with HR team to optimize recruitment workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
