Tanggung Jawab
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networking sites.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit for various BPO roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment pipeline, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintaining an organized recruitment calendar across multiple departments.
- Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with high data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in recruitment marketing efforts and participate in local career fairs to boost Alorica's brand awareness.
- Generate weekly reports on sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and hiring progress to optimize the recruitment process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably within a high-volume BPO setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively engage with diverse candidates.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage high-volume recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data management skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
