Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites to identify top talent.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and track candidate progress accurately within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Perform initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewers.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR operations is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
