Tanggung Jawab
- Support the CEO in day-to-day operations and client coordination activities
- Manage and maintain recruitment pipelines for finance roles across Australia
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate suitability
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR coordination is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with ATS systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
