Tanggung Jawab
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various open positions across multiple industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations
- Meet monthly, weekly, and yearly sales targets as set by management
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential business opportunities
- Negotiate employment terms and manage the placement process from offer to onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and update the candidate database accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (Human Resources, Business, or related preferred)
- Proven sales or recruitment experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems
