Tanggung Jawab

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various open positions across multiple industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations
  • Meet monthly, weekly, and yearly sales targets as set by management
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential business opportunities
  • Negotiate employment terms and manage the placement process from offer to onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and update the candidate database accordingly

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (Human Resources, Business, or related preferred)
  • Proven sales or recruitment experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems
