Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and headhunting.
  • Screen and interview applicants to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and recruitment targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track candidate progress and pipeline management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
  • Valid work pass or citizenship for Singapore.
