Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and headhunting.
- Screen and interview applicants to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and recruitment targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to track candidate progress and pipeline management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Valid work pass or citizenship for Singapore.
