Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job briefing to offer management.
- Source and screen candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across diverse industries.
- Conduct professional interviews and provide detailed candidate profiles to clients.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Provide expert advice to both clients and candidates on market trends and salary benchmarks.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and placement targets through proactive outreach.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Resilience and the ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
