Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job briefing to offer management.
  • Source and screen candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across diverse industries.
  • Conduct professional interviews and provide detailed candidate profiles to clients.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Provide expert advice to both clients and candidates on market trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and placement targets through proactive outreach.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Resilience and the ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
