Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in recruitment or staffing industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting recruitment targets
