- Source, engage, and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using innovative recruitment strategies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand evolving talent needs
- Utilize digital platforms and networking to build robust candidate pipelines
- Conduct market research to provide actionable insights on talent trends and compensation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment analytics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in Jakarta market
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment with measurable placement success
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and industry compliance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
