Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conducting comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to determine cultural fit and technical competencies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand recruitment needs and market trends
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Providing market insights and salary benchmarking to clients and candidates
- Meeting and exceeding recruitment KPIs through strategic talent pipeline development
- Utilizing ATS systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven track record in achieving targets
- Valid work authorization for Singapore
