Tanggung Jawab
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various recruitment channels and databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and industry trends.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and consultative advice to both clients and candidates.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Prepare candidate reports and feedback for internal review and market analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong networking and interpersonal abilities to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and high attention to detail.
- Valid work pass for Singapore (if applicable).
