Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, networking, and referrals
- Conducting thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Developing market intelligence through competitor analysis and industry trend monitoring
- Meeting and exceeding monthly recruitment KPIs including placements and revenue targets
- Utilizing CRM systems to track candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment data
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong negotiation abilities
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or target-driven environments
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work authorization for Singapore residency
