Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to match skills with client requirements
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand recruitment needs and business objectives
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Utilize recruitment software and CRM systems to track candidates and job openings
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients and candidates
- Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment KPIs and service targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
