Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief to successful candidate placement.
- Proactively source and attract top-tier talent using creative networking, social media, and digital platforms.
- Conduct professional screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both high-profile clients and prospective job seekers.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate salary negotiations between all parties.
- Provide expert career advice and coaching to candidates throughout the placement process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our recruitment management system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work towards specific KPIs and targets.
