Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and recruit high-quality candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, and headhunting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their hiring needs.
- Conduct effective screening, interviewing, and shortlisting of applicants.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Attend networking events, career fairs, and industry functions to generate leads.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline.
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using recruitment software.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
