Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive networking and market research
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to inform recruitment strategies
- Optimize recruitment workflows using ATS platforms and data analytics
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment with business objectives
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and performance tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a 360-degree capacity
- Proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates across diverse industries
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with negotiation expertise
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Singapore's labor market and recruitment regulations
- Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated KPI achievement
