Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates across diverse industries
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with negotiation expertise
  • Proficiency in recruitment technologies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's labor market and recruitment regulations
