Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Banking & Financial Services positions.
- Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates using various channels including LinkedIn and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior clients.
- Conduct market mapping to identify talent gaps and industry trends.
- Negotiate offers and close placements to meet revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to hit targets.
- Relevant degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
