Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conducting thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview and selection process
- Utilizing recruitment software and tools to track candidate progress and manage pipelines
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition role (1-3 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Malaysia
