Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Corporate Functions roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and execute effective search strategies to identify high-quality passive candidates in the corporate sector.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure consistent availability for client requirements.
- Manage client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing strategic talent solutions.
- Conduct market research to advise clients on salary benchmarks, talent trends, and recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure successful placements and high client satisfaction.
- Attend networking events, industry seminars, and job fairs to expand professional networks.
