Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively source and screen candidates via various channels including job portals, professional networks, and social media.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
  • Conduct professional interviews to assess candidate suitability, cultural fit, and technical competency.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both hiring managers and job seekers.
  • Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and placement targets to unlock performance-based incentives.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to refine recruitment strategies and optimize talent acquisition workflows.
