Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively source and screen candidates via various channels including job portals, professional networks, and social media.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
- Conduct professional interviews to assess candidate suitability, cultural fit, and technical competency.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both hiring managers and job seekers.
- Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and placement targets to unlock performance-based incentives.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine recruitment strategies and optimize talent acquisition workflows.
