Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to final placement.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through various channels.
- Conduct professional interviews and provide career coaching to candidates.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and new client accounts.
- Match client requirements with candidate profiles effectively to ensure successful placements.
- Utilize provided leads to conduct business development calls and expand market reach.
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
