Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and headhunt top-tier executive candidates across various industries.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term success.
- Drive business development initiatives and expand the company's client base through networking and outreach.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and recruitment targets.
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to identify potential talent.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 'O' Level education or above (degree holders are preferred but not strictly required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunger for success.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
- Willingness to undergo full training provided by the company.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
