Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates and active job seekers.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and salary benchmarks.
- Present qualified candidate profiles to clients and negotiate employment offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong attitude and willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a proven drive to exceed targets.
