As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building client relationships. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your efforts are directly rewarded.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned clients and sectors
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Provide market insights and advisory to clients
- Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records using CRM system
- Participate in business development activities to expand client base
Kualifikasi
- Minimum diploma or degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous, but fresh graduates are welcome
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Singaporean or PR preferred
