Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and business challenges.
- Source, screen, and select top-tier candidates through various channels, including networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and prepare comprehensive feedback reports to match the right talent to the right role.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate brief to successful placement and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts and passive candidates to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the contractual process between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role within the Human Resources sector.
- Strong understanding of the local job market, recruitment best practices, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and meet strict performance deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, social media tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), and ATS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
