Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to final placement.
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networking.
- Conduct professional screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both job seekers and corporate clients.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate smooth communication between clients and candidates.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry insights to provide informed consultative advice.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and performance targets set by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
