Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conducting candidate screening interviews and assessing skills against client requirements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet client KPIs and targets
- Utilizing CRM systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Staying updated with industry trends to provide market insights to clients and candidates
