- Source and attract qualified sales professionals through multi-channel recruitment strategies
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand evolving talent needs
- Utilize CRM and ATS systems to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and candidate profiles
- Drive recruitment KPIs while maintaining exceptional candidate experience
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in recruitment or sales talent acquisition preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Results-driven mindset with track record of meeting performance targets
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and job platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
