Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across various industries.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and pain points.
- Manage candidate relationships through the entire hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and recruitment targets to drive business growth.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking advice to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and refine sourcing strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant HR or sales experience is preferred for Senior Consultants.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and driven by a performance-based commission structure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid work pass or Singapore residency status is required.
