- Sourcing and attracting qualified healthcare professionals through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conducting in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to match skills with client requirements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare institutions and nursing facilities
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet client KPIs
- Staying updated with healthcare industry trends and labor market dynamics
- Collaborating with senior consultants to refine recruitment methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within healthcare or nursing sectors
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
