Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates for Engineering, IT, and Healthcare positions through multi-channel recruitment strategies
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand evolving talent needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on compensation benchmarks and talent availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational hiring goals
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our CRM system
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience (senior role requires 5+ years)
- Proven track record in Engineering, IT, or Healthcare recruitment
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems)
- Strong analytical abilities to assess technical competencies and cultural fit
- Results-oriented mindset with demonstrable KPI achievement
- Professional certification in recruitment (e.g., CIPD) is advantageous
