- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand recruitment needs

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years recruitment experience (senior role requires 4+ years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems)
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously
- Results-oriented mindset with proven KPI achievement
- Knowledge of Singaporean employment regulations and best practices
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
