Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand recruitment needs and provide strategic sourcing recommendations
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidate data effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure positive candidate experience
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sourcing approaches
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience with proven sourcing focus
- Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage candidates professionally
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Results-driven mindset with track record of meeting sourcing targets
- Knowledge of Singapore's employment market and industry regulations
