Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to meet our clients' recruitment needs.
- Building and maintaining a robust network of active and passive job seekers.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and talent pools.
- Developing a deep understanding of specific industries and client requirements.
- Collaborating with the sales team to exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
