- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for various client positions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
- Conducting interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to placement
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding client relationships
- Utilizing various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the CRM system
- Meeting and exceeding monthly recruitment and sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting targets
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems
