Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between hiring managers and applicants.
  • Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to source and attract passive candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Generate weekly recruitment reports and maintain candidate databases.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, administrative support, or a BPO setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws is a plus.
