In this role, you will be the backbone of our Australian operations, supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the Trades and Blue-Collar sectors.

As a key player in our AU Market desk, you will ensure our clients find the right talent for essential trade roles, keeping the Australian economy moving. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume recruitment processes for blue-collar and trade positions in the Australian market.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including reference checks, background screenings, and license verifications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring journey.
  • Maintain internal recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with 100% accuracy.
  • Ensure all hiring activities strictly adhere to Australian labor laws and company compliance protocols.
  • Schedule interviews and liaise between hiring managers and prospective candidates.
  • Prepare and process employment contracts and onboarding documentation in a timely manner.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, ideally supporting offshore or international accounts.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume roles, specifically within Trades, Construction, or Blue-Collar industries.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for an Australian stakeholder base.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • High attention to detail, specifically regarding document verification and compliance reporting.
