Mase E&C Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and dedicated Recruitment cum HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Jurong East. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while handling various HR administrative functions. You will work closely with hiring managers across departments to understand their staffing needs and deliver quality candidates in a timely manner.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules with respective departments
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations
- Handle employee welfare matters, performance management processes, and training coordination
- Support HR initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Possession of a valid CEI (Career Excellence Insight) License is mandatory
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or general HR functions
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
