Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately input and update candidate information into Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Verify and maintain records of applicants, resumes, and employment history to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in the organization and digitization of recruitment documents and personnel files.
  • Generate recruitment reports and statistics to assist management in decision-making.
  • Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers regarding interview schedules and updates.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries regarding application status and recruitment procedures in a timely manner.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or recruitment is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong typing speed and high attention to detail (minimum 35 WPM).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive personnel information.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
