Are you a dynamic HR professional looking to specialize in international talent acquisition? Inter Island Manpower is currently seeking a driven Recruitment Executive to join our expanding Foreign Worker Division in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between global talent and local industry needs, ensuring a seamless recruitment lifecycle for foreign nationals.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring compliance with strict immigration policies and labor laws. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to build a career in a fast-paced environment while directly contributing to the workforce stability of our clients.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for foreign worker placement, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Coordinate with clients to identify staffing requirements and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Handle documentation and processing of work permits, visas, and other necessary immigration paperwork.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized database of candidates and client placements.
  • Conduct screening and interview sessions to ensure candidate suitability against client criteria.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities and agencies to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support to placed workers to ensure a smooth transition and retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in the manpower or agency sector.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and foreign worker immigration regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional languages is a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment tasks with extreme attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
