Inter Island Manpower is currently seeking a driven Recruitment Executive to join our expanding Foreign Worker Division in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between global talent and local industry needs, ensuring a seamless recruitment lifecycle for foreign nationals.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring compliance with strict immigration policies and labor laws. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for foreign worker placement, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with clients to identify staffing requirements and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Handle documentation and processing of work permits, visas, and other necessary immigration paperwork.
- Maintain an accurate and organized database of candidates and client placements.
- Conduct screening and interview sessions to ensure candidate suitability against client criteria.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and agencies to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Provide ongoing support to placed workers to ensure a smooth transition and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in the manpower or agency sector.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and foreign worker immigration regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional languages is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment tasks with extreme attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
