Join our dynamic team as a Recruitment & HR Operations Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and optimizing HR processes. This hybrid position combines strategic talent acquisition with hands-on HR operations support, offering a unique opportunity to impact both people and organizational efficiency. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment workflowsâfrom sourcing top talent through diverse channels to coordinating seamless onboarding experiencesâwhile simultaneously supporting critical HR operations initiatives including employee data management, policy implementation, and compliance monitoring. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
- Manage HR operations including employee records maintenance, HRIS data integrity, and documentation compliance
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with departmental hiring needs and business goals
- Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
- Support HR administrative functions including benefits administration, leave processing, and policy updates
- Analyze recruitment metrics and HR operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and provide recruitment solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations roles
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and recruitment tools
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is advantageous
