Beyond recruitment, you'll contribute to broader HR initiatives including policy development, employee relations, and compliance management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies across multiple channels
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and competency fit
- Oversee employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Manage HR documentation, employee records, and regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and succession planning
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive recruitment and HR experience
- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and recruitment management systems
- Experience in BPO or outsourcing industry highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
