You'll shape our workforce by sourcing top-tier talent, designing innovative recruitment campaigns, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences. Beyond recruitment, you'll contribute to broader HR initiatives including policy development, employee relations, and compliance management. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies across multiple channels
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and competency fit
  • Oversee employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Manage HR documentation, employee records, and regulatory reporting
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and succession planning
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive recruitment and HR experience
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and recruitment management systems
  • Experience in BPO or outsourcing industry highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
