Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars and communications effectively.
- Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data management.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
- Support employer branding initiatives by contributing to content creation for career pages and social media.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team as needed, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Participate in special recruitment projects and process improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Prior experience with an ATS or CRM system is a plus, but not required.
