Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in sourcing and screening qualified candidates for various positions
- Manage job postings on recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate interview schedules
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for HR leadership
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment events
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR preferred
