Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential matches for open positions
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting opportunities across recruitment platforms
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems
- Support recruitment events and campus outreach initiatives
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
