Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various digital platforms to maximize candidate reach.
- Conduct initial resume screening and candidate shortlisting based on specific role requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the internal applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data.
- Conduct preliminary phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest levels.
- Support the team in organizing and executing recruitment events or virtual career fairs.
- Assist in preparing onboarding documentation and coordinating pre-employment requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong interest in modern recruitment tools, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent acquisition trends.
