As a Recruitment Intern, you will work closely with our experienced HR team to source top-tier talent, conduct initial screenings, and support administrative operations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various digital platforms to maximize candidate reach.
  • Conduct initial resume screening and candidate shortlisting based on specific role requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the internal applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest levels.
  • Support the team in organizing and executing recruitment events or virtual career fairs.
  • Assist in preparing onboarding documentation and coordinating pre-employment requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong interest in modern recruitment tools, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent acquisition trends.
